In 2001, the Endswell Foundation began a formal relationship as a client of the Tides Canada Foundation, who provide us with administrative support. As a grantee of Endswell, you are likely to receive your Grant Agreement and cheque from "the Endswell Fund of Tides Canada Foundation". There are some differences in procedure, which will be clarified by communications or by staff from either of the organizations.

We are proud to associate with Tides Canada – one of the first public foundations to operate nationally with a focus on growing funding for innovative social and environmental initiatives and providing administrative and strategic services to donors.

The Endswell Board makes all program and granting decisions for all components of Endswell. Joel Solomon leads a Program Committee that makes recommendations to the Board.
