The purpose of the Endswell Foundation report is to convey the results achieved through implementing the grant. We require reports for grants that are $10,000 or greater. Please use your own reporting format with attention to the following:

• Please send us a copy of one of your reports done for another Foundation within the last 90 days.
• If you have not received other foundation grants, please write a 1-2 page description of what you feel was accomplished with the funding, including any significant public accomplishments and alliances created.
