Martha also serves as Senior Advisor and Assistant Treasurer for Tides Canada Foundation and Treasurer of the Sage Foundation. In addition, she is a director of Renewal Land Company, which promotes conservation-based land use and works to create viable models of forest conservation on private land. As faculty for Play BIG, a series of invitational workshops for those with significant resources, Martha plays a key role as an advisor. She is a regular presenter and consultant at the annual Social Venture Institute (SVI) held at Hollyhock on Cortes Island. Martha is a founding member of the Nashville Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), a member of Association of Women in Finance (Vancouver chapter), and the Nonprofit Centers Network. Pamela Chaloult
Prior to embarking upon a grand adventure to Canada in 2006, Pamela served as the Co-Executive Director of Social Venture Network (SVN) for five years. Prior to, she was the Communications and Marketing Director for the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco. She also acted as the Communications Director for Planned Parenthood where she lobbied elected representatives and was the agency’s media spokesperson. Before joining the nonprofit sector, she worked as the Marketing and Advertising Director for the CBS affiliate KPIX TV & Radio, and for a variety of film and entertainment groups in Los Angeles. Pamela is a graduate of Emerson College and serves on several boards across North America. Paul Richardson
Paul’s work with Renewal focuses on supporting its diverse portfolio of socially responsible companies and analyzing new investment opportunities from mission aligned businesses. A large portion of his work at the Endswell Foundation has been in support of the internationally significant land use decisions for Canada’s 21 million acre Great Bear Rainforest - recognized as the largest and most significant integrated conservation program in North American history. Paul represented a consortium of international philanthropic foundations and private investors in multi-level discussions with the federal and provincial governments as well as with First Nation leaders. A key architect of this important conservation initiative, he has been instrumental in creating new organizations and funding mechanisms designed to implement a bold vision of sustainability for the Great Bear. Before moving to Vancouver with his family, Paul practiced law in Toronto for over a decade. He was a senior partner at a leading litigation firm and represented many of Canada’s largest corporations. Paul is a graduate of Queen’s University (Biology) and the University of Toronto (Law) and currently serves on numerous boards that support social missions. Staff Rita Lin Rita Lin is the Accounting Assistant for Renewal Partners and the Endswell Foundation. Her responsibilities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliation, assisting in preparing annual budgets and maintaining investment reports. Rita specializes in full-cycle accounting, investment and financial analysis. Her work experience includes wholesale/retail, banking, hotel management, and import/export trade. Maria Malcolm

Théa Richmond Théa is the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant for Renewal Partners and Endswell Foundation. Théa directly supports the Chief Operating Officer and the Administrative Manager and handles a myriad of administrative projects. Théa has a background in community education and in providing employment services to disadvantaged populations and small businesses. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Simon Fraser University in Communications and Political Science. Anna Strom
Jennifer Van Nen Jennifer is Executive & Operations Assistant at Renewal Partners and Endswell Foundation. In this position she directly supports the Senior Vice President and Vice President and works closely with the Finance and Human Resources department on daily operations. Prior to joining Renewal/Endswell, Jennifer worked in real estate investment firms and was most recently assistant to the Vice-Chairman at CIBC World Markets, Global Investment Banking Group. She possesses considerable volunteer experience in the charitable fund raising arena. Lynne Whenham
Jacqueline Zhu Jacqueline is the Controller for Renewal Partners Company and Endswell Foundation. Jacqueline is in charge of coordinating, planning, and reporting on the financial activities. She oversees day-to-day bookkeeping activities and prepares interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, handles banking matters, and ensures all accounting activities run smoothly. Professionally designated from the Certified General Accountants of B.C., Jacqueline has over fifteen years experience in finance, control, analysis, budget and management. Jacqueline has a broad background in the telecommunications industry, wholesale and retail trades, education and public accounting.
